Preparation: To braise, brown meat on both sides. Season as desired. Add small amount of liquid. Cover tightly and cook over low heat until tender. To cook in liquid, season meat. Cover with liquid, cover tightly and simmer until tender. 1/4 cup flour
Make a seasoned flour with all herbs and flour. Dredge pounded pork steaks in seasoned flour. Saute` pork steak in frying pan with oil on both sides until evenly browned, cover, add 1/4 cup of water and finish cooking in oven at 325'F for 30-45 minutes or until done. |
